Another great reason to tell your loved ones about Haven Life
It’s easy. It’s useful. It’s very us.
If you’re a Haven Life customer, you’ve probably told your friends, your family, even random passersby on the street how great your experience has been. There’s the easy online application process. The affordable rates. The first-class customer success team that helps you manage your policy even after you’ve secured one. (And if you’re not a Haven Life customer, well… consider getting a quote here.)
In fact, according to a recent internal survey, more than half of policyholders already talk about Haven Life with their loved ones. That’s awesome. Thank you. Also: As a happy customer of Haven Life, when you do so using our new referral program, you’ll earn a free $50 Amazon Gift Card for every applicant you refer. (We hear those gift cards can be useful, especially this time of year.)
Want to know more about our customer referral program? Of course you do. And you’re in the right place. Let’s break down exactly how our referral program works.
In this article:
Step one: Be a policyholder
Let’s assume you’ve already got that part taken care of. (But if not, you can apply for a Haven Life term life insurance policy here, learn how much coverage you might need here, or read about all the reasons you should consider buying coverage that will provide financial protection for your loved ones in case the worst should happen to you … here.)
Step two: Get your unique referral link
You can find your unique referral link here. The key word here is unique — this URL is yours and yours alone. Highlight it, copy it, and get ready to paste it. Your unique referral link is just for you and can help you rack up reward points.
We know: It’s all very exciting. (That’s just how it is with life insurance.) But still, there are a few things not to do, because they’re prohibited by our program’s terms and conditions, no matter how excited you might be. So please try and refrain from doing the following:
- Publishing your referral link on a commercial website (like a coupons site).
- Sharing your referral link with anyone you don’t actually know (by, for example, sending out a mass email).
- Mass-distributing your referral link in any other method.
Again, we appreciate (and share) your enthusiasm. But it’s about helping your friends and family get the coverage they need, and getting a little something for yourself in the process.
Step three: Share your unique referral link
Once you have that personal link, you can post it to social media, email it to your loved ones, write it down in a letter and mail it to your pen pal, hire a skywriter to spread the word, or just shout it at random intervals so all your neighbors can hear. (Ok, maybe not that last one.) Basically, any way you can share information in the modern era, you can use to share this personal link. (Well, except for the prohibited methods we outlined above.) Just craft a clever message and go.
Not sure what to say when you send your referral code? You can always mention the affordable coverage, the simple digital application, and / or the world’s best customer support. (Just because we’re biased doesn’t mean it’s not true.)
Step four: Collect your reward
When someone completes their Haven Life application after clicking on your referrer link, you’ll receive an email notification, which in turn will have your digital Amazon gift card, good for $50 at the online retailer. (Perhaps you’ve heard of it?) Time to go through your virtual Rolodex — you can earn up to $500 in gift cards per year, which means you can refer up to 10 friends, family members, co-workers or archrivals. (Hey, they deserve life insurance, too.)
Step five: Keep on enjoying your coverage
Sure, our customer referral program is a lot of fun, and getting a gift card is always nice, but let’s not lose sight of what this is all about: The peace of mind that comes with knowing your loved ones are taken care of in case the worst should happen to you. You’ve experienced that feeling as a policyholder, and now you’re sharing that knowledge and security with others. It’s called good karma, and it’s worth more than any gift card.

The process to get my policy was almost flawless. Correspondence was done in a timely manner. I like the fact I didn’t have to wait days for a response.

Really good expérience no spam calls
Really good experience buying life Insurance almost entirely online and phone call free. Had to do one phone call to schedule exam but besides that, the entire process was annoyance free and completely online which is preferred.

The application process was very easy.

Very affordable, I gathered quotes from 4 different life insurance companies and this was by far the least expensive for the same coverage. Relatively quick and easy process to sign up. Only reservation was that we were originally under the impression that no medical exams are required, but my husband received a message that he would have to get one (we later received a message that he no longer needed one).

My only concern was with the company...
My only concern was with the company used (Exam One) to complete my physical examination. The process took too long due to rescheduling and mishandling of my lab specimens. Other than that the process was simple.
