Frannie Melegrito

Frannie Melegrito is the head of recruiting at Haven Life, a customer-centric life insurance agency backed and wholly owned by MassMutual. She joined the startup in May 2020 and leads the recruiting strategy development and execution. Frannie has been in the talent acquisition space in technology for over six years hiring for all types of roles ranging from engineering to sales. In that time she has also advocated for diversity, equity and inclusion in the workplace.
